Hi @chengjianping,
Thanks for reaching out.
I see in your screenshot that the Flexible Shipping method is set to be visible only for logged-in users. Is that on purpose? If so, please know that your customer will need to be logged-in to your WordPress site, before being able to see this method.
If the above is solved, and you still don’t see the shipping method at the checkout, please turn on the Debug Mode. With the displayed notifications you’ll be able to verify if and how the method is triggered.
If you have additional questions, please reply.
Kind regards,
Piotrek

In reply to: [USPS Shipping for WooCommerce - Live Rates] USPS Flat Rate OptionsHi @autopot,
Thanks for reaching out. If I understand correctly, your current shipping rates aren’t aligned with what you’d like to display to your customers, right?
Please know that the free version of our USPS Live Rates plugin calculates based on the cart weight and the shipping destination.
If you’d like to use both weight and volume to shipping calculations, please upgrade to our USPS Live Rates PRO. Please know that we can’t answer questions regarding our paid plugins on this forum. Therefore, if you’d like to know more, please reach us via our contact form at octolize.com.
I’m marking this topic as resolved for now. If you’d like to ask about anything else regarding the free plugin – please open a new thread.?
Kind regards,
Piotrek
Thanks for letting us know it works!

Hi @sb1202,
Thanks for reaching out.
Did you already register your UPS account in the same country where your WooCommerce store is registered?
If so you should be able to authenticate our plugin using the OAuth method. On the plugin settings page, choose the OAuth in the API Type and click Authorize. You’ll be redirected to UPS website to log in and grant access to our plugin.
Once it’s done, you’ll be able to display UPS Live Rates in your store.
The other API Type you’re referring to, API Access Key – XML API, is being replaced by OAuth. Therefore, following the UPS current standards, we’re also recommending this method to all new users.
Please confirm if that solved the issue.
Kind regards,
Piotrek
No worries. I’m glad that you found a solution.
No worries. I’m glad I could help ??

In reply to: [DHL Express Shipping for WooCommerce - Live Rates] DHL PRO rates not showingHi @ticociloo,
Thanks for reaching out. From what I can see in the attached files, you’re using DHL Express Live Rates PRO: by Octolize – 2.5.6. Please know that this public forum is designed to support only the free version of our DHL Express plugin.
May I kindly ask you to write to us via our contact form? https://octolize.com/support/
Before reaching us, please ensure you’re using the most up-to-date version of our plugin the 2.5.8, and if you still experience issues, please turn on the WooCommerce Shipping Debug Mode and share screenshots of your DHL Express plugin configuration page.
Considering the above, I’m marking this topic as resolved.

Hi @etternopien,
Thanks for your interest in our products.
From what I understand, you’d like to create a dedicated Post shipping method for the book product. Then ensure that the Post shipping method is hidden when there’s photography + a book in the cart.
That’s only possible with our PRO version, as it requires product-based rules, or shipping class-based rules, set within a Flexible Shipping method. Please check the comparison between the Free and the PRO version here:

Hi @zirpl,
Thanks for reaching out. For testing, I created a fresh WordPress site at:
Site name: Invite Smile
URL: https://invitesmile.s4-tastewp.com
Username: admin
Password: EzPwT1hfEZYThen I installed WooCommerce and our Flexible Shipping plugin, and I’m getting no 302 redirects.
It seems that the problem may be related to some other plugin used in the shop.
Please disable all plugins which are not ours and the WooCommerce itself.?Then please enable plugins one by one,?deleting cache, and check if the problem still occurs.
Alternatively, the issue might be related to a theme you are currently using in your store. To check if there is no conflict with a plugin, please temporarily install and enable Storefront the official WooCommerce theme, and see if the problem persists.?
Finally, there could be some issue directly within the hosting. In that case, please continue investigating it with your hosting provider support.

Hi @shopclimbing,
Thank you for reaching out. If I understand correctly, you’d like to set vendor-based shipping rules in Flexible Shipping.
That’s indeed possible with our paid add-on Multi Vendor Shipping WooCommerce.
We’re happy to provide you with more details and support for all our plugins. As this forum is dedicated only to our free Flexible Shipping, I’d like to invite you to contact us via our contact form.

Sorry for the confusion, @gabcer. I consulted the case with our team. With the free version of our DHL Express plugin you won’t see it in the dropdown shipping methods. The free version has only the Global Shipping option. Therefore, everything is set on the plugin configuration page.
If you’d like to have the ability to activate the DHL Express shipping method in selected shipping zones, please upgrade to our PRO version.

I suspect there might be some misconfiguration with your WooCommerce.
May I kindly ask you to reach us directly via our contact form?
This way, we’ll be able to request a temporary admin access to your site and look for the solution.
Hi @gabcer,
Thanks for reaching out. May I kindly ask you if you activated the plugin after the installation?
After the plugin is activated and configured you should be able to see it in the dropdown shipping method list for any shipping zone.
Please confirm if that addresses your question.
Kind regards,
