Hi?@mindykatzen,
Thanks for reaching out. Our UPS Live Rates plugin doesn’t offer that functionality. However, you can use our paid plugin?Conditional Shipping Methods. It allows you to filter available live rate methods by shipping class.
Regarding the second question. We only have a Handling Fee feature that can add a flat fee or percentage fee to the live rate.
We encourage you to test it out for free in our?demo.

PiotrekHi @rameshmahala,
Thanks for reaching out. Please mind that the plugin fetches the rates only based on: cart weight and shipping destination.
If you’d like to have more precise rates that account for size (volume) with the possibility to define the custom boxes used for shipping and specify their size, weight and padding, please consider upgrading to the PRO version.
If you have additional questions, please reply.
Kind regards,
Piotrek

Hi @labok,
Thank you for your feedback. Let me check this with our team, and we’ll get back to you.
Regarding FedEx Shipping Method option not showing in the shipping zone. Please mind that If you are using the FedEx Live Rates free version, adding the standard single FedEx Live Rates shipping method within a shipping zone will not be possible until the plugin is upgraded to its PRO version.
Hi Megan,
Our plugin uses the official USPS API to send the order details (including weight) to USPS servers and receives shipping rates that are displayed at the checkout. We don’t offer features to manipulate the API details. We only offer the adjustments present in the method configuration.
The issue might be related to a theme you are currently using in your store. To check if there is no conflict, please temporarily install and enable Storefront the official WooCommerce theme, and see if the problem persists.
Alternatively,?the issue may be related to some other plugin used in the shop.?
Please disable plugins which are not ours or the WooCommerce itself.?Then please enable plugins one by one,?deleting cache, and check if the issue still occurs.
In order not to influence potential customers with your actions,?you can use the so-called staging. This is a secure 1:1 copy of the site, intended for testing and invisible to customers. Many web hosts provide this feature. If your web host does not offer this, then you can use the free WP Staging plugin.
After checking the above, please?let me know about the outcome.
Hi @labok, thanks for reaching out and for using our plugins.
If I understand correctly, you already registered your FedEx account, and you’re requesting the API from the FedEx Developer Portal. May I kindly ask you to share screenshots showing what you see on your screen?
That’s the best way to find the solution for you.
Kind regards,
Piotrek
