PiotrekHi @chris-yau,
Thanks for reaching out.
If I understand correctly, you’d like to ensure that the Left For Free Shipping feature doesn’t show up on the Cart and Checkout pages. If so, then please:
- remove the value from the Threshold field
- remove the Label
- uncheck the LFFS notice box
Please confirm if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help you with, please reply.
Kind regards,
Piotrek
Thanks for the confirmation. Our developers are actively working to address the OAuth issue. We’ll let you know here once the fix is released.
Regarding the email notifications. Our plugin doesn’t allow doing that?yet. Nevertheless, it sounds like a really useful feature to consider. I’ve already put it on our features requests list, and we will check it with the rest of the team. I’ve also added you to the list of the people interested in such a feature. If you’d like to be notified, please reach out via our contact form and reference this forum thread.
Hi @gfxdesigner,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry that you’re experiencing issues with the OAuth authorization method.
May I kindly ask if you’re using the most up-to-date version of the plugin?
Hi @prcm777,
Yes, our plugin is compatible with PHP 8.3.

Thanks for reaching out. Let me verify it with our developers.
I’ll let you know once we have a reply.
Dear @pattylyons,
We sincerely apologize for what you’re experiencing with our USPS plugin. It’s not our intention to cause such issues.
Please mind that this topic was about Divi theme compatibility. However, in your case, the issue started with another USPS plugin that’s being phased out, and you were looking for a Live Rate plugin, like ours, as a replacement.
As requested, your case is now directly managed by our Product Owner, who’s in the loop with our developers. They proposed extending the validity of your subscription for free, and addressing the International First Class difficulties as quickly as possible.
Regarding the label generation. We understand that this functionality is critical to you. Please keep in mind that there are many factors that influence the decision to implement it. Our team is responsible for evaluating market needs, technical requirements, WordPress/Woo standards, and compatibility with other plugins.
As a result, we are unable to say when this feature will be implemented. Nonetheless, we assure you that we shall notify you as soon as it is published.
If we may ask, let’s continue our direct email correspondence.
Kind regards,
Octolize Team
Thanks for additional details, @danidub.
Our developers confirmed that our PRO version supports the Price Based on Country for WooCommerce.
We encourage you to test it out for free in our demo. Although, the demo doesn’t allow you to install 3rd party plugins, you can still test out our plugin functionality, before upgrading.
If you have any additional questions regarding the PRO version, please reach out via our contact form.
Hi @danidub,
Indeed, our plugin currently doesn’t support the Price Based on Country for WooCommerce. Once we decide to implement this feature, we’ll write it down in our changelog.
However, our plugin does support the default WooCommerce Shipping Zones. Moreover, the UPS WooCommerce Live Rates and Access Points PRO does support the currency switcher plugins. Hope that addresses your needs.

PiotrekHi @danajoy,
Thanks for reaching out. Indeed, once you create your FedEx account, you need to request the access to their current REST API. During the process, please select the Rates and Transit Times API, as this is the one needed for our plugin to work.
Please mind that we can only address issues regarding our Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce plugin. We don’t represent FedEx itself, and therefore we can’t address concerns regarding their verification process. In that regard, please reach out to them directly.
Additionally, our plugin currently doesn’t offer printing labels in the WordPress dashboard. This is only available via the FedEx website.

PiotrekHi @bilal979,
Thanks for reaching out.
To troubleshoot it, please enable the Debug Mode for UPS plugin. Once it is enabled, please verify if you get any specific messages from it at checkout.
Please get back to me with:
- UPS Live Rates Shipping Method configuration screenshot
- UPS Live Rates settings?screenshot
- Debug Mode logs for UPS (request and response)
- Destination and shipment address (zip code, country, city)
Thank you!
Best regards,Hi @seanthompson,
Thanks for reaching out. Indeed, this issue has been present with some of our other clients. Currently, the recommended solution is to reach out to UPS and request to create a brand-new UPS account from scratch. Then the OAuth authentication method works.
