PiotrekHi @diggler,
We managed to pinpoint the issue. It’s due to the imprecise shipping calculation that WooCommerce allows in the cart page:
https://cdn.zappy.app/8ca23dad894fd7d1903987bad10fa1ba.jpegThere’s (imprecise) set of Live Rates when you enter only:
– State
– City
– Post codeThen there’s a more precise set of Live Rates when in the checkout page you add street name with building number.
In other words you have identical Live Rates when you put an address without street name and number in both Cart Page and Checkout Page.
We tested it both for logged and not logged users.
The simplest solution here is to turn off the shipping calculation on the cart page.
Hope that address your question. Please reply if you have any additional questions.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [UPS Shipping for WooCommerce – Live Rates and Access Point] Fatal ErrorThanks for reaching out. We recently noticed that bug in relation to WooCommerce 6.9 and released a fix.
Please update our plugin to the newest version for PRO users 1.15.1 and confirm if the issues persists.
Please also mind that this forum is aimed for users of our free version. If you’d like to ask us additional questions about your PRO plugin – reach us out at https://octolize.com/support/
Kind regards,
PiotrekPlease mind that neither me nor my colleague @grzegorzturbasa are tax advisors. Shipping solutions is our specialty and that’s what we offer in our plugins.
The tax settings of your store are out of scope of our support. What we can help with is the functionality of our Flexible Shipping plugin.
In short – you decide whether the shipping fee is already taxed or not. Specifically, you can set the Shipping Tax in WooCoommerce settings:
https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/#shipping-tax-classYou can also choose how the prices of products and shipping are shown in your store:
https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/#display-prices-during-cart-and-checkoutRegarding adding a specific percentage fee based on the order value. We do offer this functionality but only in our PRO version, not in the free version. You can read how it works in our documentation here:
https://octolize.com/docs/article/39-flexible-shipping-cost-as-a-percentage-of-orders-valueIf you have any additional questions regarding our PRO plugin, please reach us out here. This forum is designed only to support users of the free version of Flexible Shipping.
I’m sorry but I can’t recommend any specific tax 3rd party plugins in this thread. You can try to find a solution directly in the WooCommerce Extensions Store: https://woocommerce.com/products/
Kind regards,
PiotrekHi emmacazaly (@emmacazaly),
Thanks for reaching out, and thank you for your patience. Would you mind sharing screenshots that show your Flexible Shipping method?
Hi Daniel Proczko (@diggler),
Thank you again for finding is bug. Now I managed to recreate it on my side. I’m passing it to our developers. As soon as we release the fix – we’ll let you know in this thread.

In reply to: [Shipping Cost on Product Page Calculator for WooCommerce] Include addressHi wanner (@xhylyx1nr),
Yes. That’s one of the possible solutions that we consider but I can’t confirm at this stage what will be the final implementation.
You’re very welcome.
If you have additional questions – please reply.
Kind regards,
PiotrekHi B R MuraliKrishnan (@muralikrishnanrb),
Thank you for reaching out. Our plugin is specifically designed to only offer shipping calculations based on customized rules.
The default tax settings are already built-in into WooCommerce. You can read more about them here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/And if you require more detailed features for tax calculations, there are plenty of 3rd party plugins offering it based on the type of your products and available regions.
If you have any additional questions regarding shipping – please reply.
Kind regards,
PiotrekPS. Sorry, I didn’t see that my colleague already gave you the reply.

In reply to: [Shipping Cost on Product Page Calculator for WooCommerce] Include addressHi wanner (@xhylyx1nr),
In the current version of the plugin we decided to eliminate the street input field. The idea is that we want to allow end-customers to quickly check the shipping prices with as little details as possible.
Still, we might introduce the ability to type street address in the future. The same goes for the WooReer compatibility.
I passed this to our team so look at the updates of our plugin.
If you have additional questions – please reply.

In reply to: [Shipping Cost on Product Page Calculator for WooCommerce] Include addressHi wanner (@xhylyx1nr)!
May I kindly ask you to elaborate on “Is it possible to add the address?”?
Currently, our plugin will work only if you provide country, city, and the postal code.
Would you like to have an integration with 3rd party plugins, like WooReer (as mentioned in another thread)?
Kind regards,
PiotrekWe’re glad we could find the solution thanks to the whole community. I’m marking this thread as resolved.
If you have any other questions – please start a new thread.
Thank you for passing additional info Solide Webservices (@jghaanstra) and Jason (@palealejandro).
It seems that the issue is now solved in 3.12.0.4. Please refer to:
https://github.com/wp-media/wp-rocket/issues/5354
https://github.com/wp-media/wp-rocket/pull/5367Thank you, maki_b (@maki_b) for linking to the thread.
May I kindly ask you Jason (@palealejandro) and ev0llution (@ev0llution) to confirm if you see the issue with the WP Rocket 3.11.5?
Since WP Rocket is a premium plugin, we don’t have a way to test it on our side. Yet, it’s still important for us to monitor such situations.
