PiotrekHi @ebussinetz,
No worries, we can come back to your question.
Thanks for providing the screenshots. The setup looks OK, so now we need to turn the Debug Mode as this is the best way to figure out what rules are triggered and what are the final shipping calculations.
Please turn it on, and then send a copy of:
– Shipping method configuration
– Input data
– Rules (triggered)
– Rules (not triggered)
– The result of shipping method’s usageYou can Copy all data with one button and paste it in your reply.
No worries @bionicsquid. Let’s continue the conversation via email then.
As we haven’t got any replies, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
Hi @tamierp,
Thank you for reaching out.
Our USPS Live Rates plugin is currently not compatible with multivendor plugins. But it’s an interesting idea that I added to our feature request list. Moreover, you may be interested in our another free plugin Flexible Shipping, for which we do offer the multivendor add-on.
Regarding the weight per cart, USPS Live Rates does support that. Here’s the full list of features we offer:
– Automatic shipping costs calculation and displaying the USPS live rates in the cart and checkout
– Domestic and international USPS services’ support
– USPS services’ shipping cost calculation based on the cart weight and the shipping destination
– USPS Commercial Pricing support
– Limiting services only for those available for the customer’s address
– Manual USPS services limiting and possibility to choose which services should be displayed and which not
– Possibility to set the fixed fallback amount in case no USPS rates were returned
– Free shipping over amount threshold
– Possibility to add the shipment insurance
– Dedicated debug mode for easy troubleshootingI’m marking this question as resolved, but if you have additional questions – feel free to reply or start a new thread.
Kind regards,
PiotrekHi @ebussinetz,
Thank you for reaching out regarding the shipping tax.
Please mind that Flexible Shipping plugin doesn’t contain any tax settings. All of these are set directly within WooCommerce Settings – https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/
Specifically, you all details regarding shipping taxes can be adjusted with Shipping Tax Class –
https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/#shipping-tax-classIf you need additional help we wrote a practical guide about setting shipping taxes on our blog – https://octolize.com/blog/woocommerce-shipping-tax/
Once all of these are set correctly, the Flexible Shipping rules and shipping taxes should work correctly.
If not then, may I kindly ask you to share a screenshot of yours:
– tax configuration screen
– shipping method screen
– Flexible Shipping configuration screenWith these details, I’ll be able to find the solution.

Hi @rabner,
Thanks for reaching out. Indeed, our plugin can calculate UPS shipping rates based on the total weight of the order. So, there won’t be any issues when someone orders any combination of the above products.
If you’d like to have more features e.g. automatic box packing for multiple products based on weight and volume, then please have a look at our PRO version.
Did you already try our free version? If there’s any particular issue or error message, we’re happy to help you via this forum.
Kind regards,
PiotrekThanks for reaching out regarding your custom products.
Our plugin is specifically designed to quickly show shipping costs directly on the product page. The costs are calculated based on your WooCommerce shipping methods.
Because the functionality is not tied to the products, you can easily use it with any kind of products – including custom-built.
To make sure that the calculator is displayed, please change your stock status to “on back-order”.
Please confirm if that addresses your question.
Kind regards,

Hi @realtytech,
I’m sorry that you’re experiencing issues with our plugin. Our team is dedicated to support both our free and paid users, and as previously mentioned by @kozyraola, it’s best if we continue our conversation via email.
I checked our inbox again and I see that my colleague Tomek already responded to your message on 4th October 2022. That was the content of the message:
Hi Lance, thank you for contacting us.
Going to the link you provided I get a “Server not found” error. Is the site where I can reproduce this issue still available?
Could you check how the TaxJar plugin works after disabling Flexible Shipping and adding WooCommerce Flat Rate methods?
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,

Hi @fakenso,
Thanks for reaching out regarding the PHP 8.0 Fatal Error.
I just installed a fresh site with:
– WordPress 6.0.2
– WooCommerce 6.9.4
– Storefront theme 4.1.3
– Flexible Shipping 4.14.2
– PHP 8.0.22Here’s my test order in the cart:
https://cdn.zappy.app/9408ace79a26d0b5ed7228705450b272.jpegHere’s the order in the checkout:
https://cdn.zappy.app/8a2519185a69658c9bc88bd234799f91.jpegAnd here’s the confirmation of the checkout:
https://cdn.zappy.app/5d41bedeb891f93fda038b857a400fd7.jpegI couldn’t replicate your issue. The fatal error may be caused by plugin conflict. In that case, I recommend deactivating all plugins except:
– WooCommerce
– Flexible ShippingThen turn each plugin one by one and check when the issue occurs. Once you found the source – please reach out to this plugin developers directly. They should be able to address the problem.
If you have additional questions to this thread – please reply.
Kind regards,
PiotrekHi @emmacazaly,
If you already emailed us directly, then let’s continue the conversation via email. It’s easier to pass screenshots or credentials (if needed) and find the right solution. Also, if you see additional errors – please add them to your email and we’ll address them as soon as possible.
Considering the above, if you don’t mind, I’ll mark this thread as closed.
Kind regards,
Piotrek
