The free version of our plugin doesn’t offer such a feature. However, please consider our UPS Live Rates and Access Points PRO that does offer the Handling Fees option.

In general, if the address is provided, our plugin should display the same data you see on the Cart and Checkout pages.

PiotrekNo worries. Our team is here to help. If you don’t see the Negotiated Rates checkbox it, then either you’re using another plugin that’s not UPS Shipping for WooCommerce – Live Rates and Access Point. Or a 3rd party theme/plugin is affecting how our plugin is displayed to you.
The WordPress and Woo ecosystem is designed in such a way that all plugins and themes, of which there are more than 60,000, can affect each other. If they are not created to the highest programming standards, then they will cause errors.
Therefore, please follow the troubleshooting steps described in the previous message.
Once you finish, please tell us about the outcome.

May I kindly ask you to log into the USPS?Retail Postage Price Calculator, recreate the exact order, and reply with the screenshots showing the results? This is the best way to verify the USPS rates.
Additionally, please turn on the WooCommerce Shipping Debug Mode to check which zone was triggered at the checkout.
Lastly, please enable the Debug Mode for USPS plugin. Once it is enabled, please verify if you get any specific messages from it at checkout.

- Debug Mode logs for USPS (request and response)
- Destination and shipment address (zip code, country, city)

Indeed, our plugin does support Negotiated Rates.
The issue might be related to a theme you are currently using in your store. To check if there is no conflict, please temporarily install and enable Storefront the official WooCommerce theme, and see if the problem persists.
Alternatively, the problem may be related to some other plugin used in the shop.
Please disable plugins which are not ours or the WooCommerce itself.?Then please enable plugins one by one,?deleting cache, and check if the problem still occurs.
In order not to influence potential customers with your actions,?you can use the so-called staging. This is a secure 1:1 copy of the site, intended for testing and invisible to customers. Many web hosts provide this feature. If your web host does not offer this, then you can use the free WP Staging plugin.
After checking the above, please?let me know about the outcome.

Thanks for the additional details @olivseo. Our plugin already supports the OAuth authorization method. The aforementioned REST API – Client Credentials connection indeed uses OAuth to establish access to your UPS Account.

Therefore, with separate Flexible Shipping methods in respective shipping zones you’ll be able to set thresholds for different currencies.
