In reply to: [Tweet Wheel] Simply not workingHey there,
Thank you for your detailed description of the issue. We appreciate your effort.
To our knowledge, the plugin is compatible with PHP7. May I ask you to install the plugin, on the same server, within a brand new WordPress installation? It may look like other plugins cause a conflict and if so, could we please have a list of the activated plugins on your website? It would help a lot!
The redirection happens only when you activate the plugin – it takes you to the about page. It never occurs later again, so not sure what has happened there. Are you aware of any hooks / filters in your theme or other plugins, which are creating a redirection upon plugin activation?
Can you please have a look at your PHP error log and paste the content here? It would greatly help to track down the issue and release a fix if needed!
Thank you so much,

In reply to: [Tweet Wheel] how do I checkHi!
Twitter profile used for the demo is private. This means you cannot preview it. However please find screenshots below proving tweets are displayed on Twitter.
Thanks

In reply to: [Tweet Wheel] how do I checkHi!
Sorry if I misunderstood you ??
The demo version is setup to work with my test Twitter account. You would have to authorise the plugin with your own Twitter profile and you would see tweets flowing in!
Here is a bit of help on how to authorise the plugin with Twitter once you install it https://nerdcow.co.uk/doc/tweet-wheel/getting-started/authorise-with-twitter/
If you need any help setting this up, please do let me know and I will be happy to assist. Perhaps you could share with me WP admin details and I could see what I can do if you run into any issues.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Tweet Wheel] how do I checkHi!
Thank you for writing in and I am very sorry you’ve run into that issue.
Have you tried following our troubleshooting article? In most cases it solves the problem. Here is the link https://nerdcow.co.uk/doc/tweet-wheel/troubleshooting/what-to-do-when-plugin-doesnt-send-tweets-at-all/
You also may find it useful to read through Getting Started section in the documentation to see if you haven’t missed anything. Here is the link https://nerdcow.co.uk/docs/tweet-wheel/getting-started/
When you go to the Queue screen and click “Tweet Now” against any of the tweets, does that tweet get shoot of to Twitter or do you get an error?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

In reply to: [Tweet Wheel] Remove Frontend AssetsHello,
Thank you for invaluable input!
I will definitely add this to the roadmap. It makes 100% sense.
If there is anything else you would like changed within the plugin, please feel free to comment here
Thank you,
TomaszHi,
I am very sorry to hear you were having this problem.
When you activate the plugin, it create it’s own user role and assigns it to the admin by default. Seems like there was an error in doing so. Is there any chance any other plugin prevents your WordPress to allow for the new user role creation?
