No we do not do that.
You may have reached to our premium support. You may need to post general issues in our community support/WP support before reaching to premium support.
This could be related to last update where we have removed some deprecated jQuery functions.
Please update your ratings and will look into this and if this is related to last update we will surely fix this.

Sorry but at the moment AnsPress is not compatible with any builder plugin. We do have a shortcode for single question [question id=###] but it is meant to be used as a summery of a question.
We will add this to our development roadmap.
