I will ask google now to reindex that url. But I am affraid that url will be the first of thousands more to come?

I use WPML and Yoast SEO plugin on my site. I could also activate the extensions for both these plugin here in Performance -> Extensions too. Would you recommend me to do it or I don’t touch anything else at the moment?
