I hope this helps track down the problem. Seems there are definitely some issues with GA at the very least. I assume that because no one else is having this issue that the problem resides with the GA account linked to this website? ie. it hasn’t been setup properly. I have to admit I had difficulty migrating from GA3 to GA4. So this is indeed very possible.

Not sure why Woocommerce is causing issues with Site Kit tho?

Can you please explain what is meant by:
Variable products variations: SKU same as parent’s product + variation suffix ?
Does this just append a number to the parent SKU for each possible variation?
