Hello, with a clean wordpress without any plugin, only with the AIOSF plugin and the slug created and activated, neither export personal data, nor delete personal data, no confirmations arrive to the administrator, also the email to delete data shows the slug created.
Tested with various themes such as Astra, Oceanwp, Twenty Seventeen, etc and different emails, gmail, temporary emails, etc.
I have tried all the possible options and several clean worpress.

I am using the latest version of wordpress, the latest version of the Bnfw plugin and I have used a clean wordpress without any plugin,
I have also used it with the Post SMTP Mailer / Email Log plugin, but the result is the same, it sends me the default wordpress email, not the one modified by Bnfw.
I have used emails of all kinds for both admin and the user who receives the email, gmail, temporary emails, etc.
I have changed the default wordpress themes to various ones like Oceanwp, Twenty Seventeen, Astra, etc.
I have tried HTML Format, Plain Text, enable content shortcodes and disable content shortcodes.
I have done all the possible tests and the result is the same, it sends me the default wordpress email, not the one modified by Bnfw.
Those privacy emails must be wrong since all the others work perfectly for me.

If you activate the slug with a word and try to export personal data from wordpress and delete personal data from wordpress you will see that it does not work well.
In the case of tools / export personal data if we send the confirmation email, the link in the email does not work because it sends you to the url without a slug and it does not find the page, although the url in the email is well written, the link does not work.
In the case of tools / delete personal data, the url in the confirmation email shows the slug and reveals which slug we have put, the link works but it sends you to the thank you page that also shows the slug.
The idea is that the slug is not shown anywhere and it is revealed in various sites even in user creation and all sites that lead you to wp-login.php.
I don’t know if your idea is to change the slug or hide the wordpress login url from all sides, I think the last case should be correct.
The only problem I have with exporting and deleting personal data since in all other cases I use a custom login type Ultimate member that has all types of emails except these 2.

On the backend, Ultimate member / settings / email are all emails.
On the frontend, in the Ultimate member / privacy account we have the options to download data and delete data, but we do not have an email to modify those emails that are sent, since wordpress sends them in a plain text format and does not allow to modify them either .
We should have those emails to download data and delete data and be able to modify them since if they are in the UM account and it shows it in plain text of wordpress it does not look good.

I have already investigated thoroughly and I have seen that they are emails for subscribers, I thought that they were emails like those sent by wordpress of new comment in which the author’s email, comment author, comment content, url, etc. appear.
But there are not these options in the emails, it would be very good if they included them since this way you could do without the default mail of wordpress in plain text, the new comment emails with a copy to the administrator and thus test the consent of the privacy policy check .

Solved, after many tests has been a conflict with other plugins.
The WCFM plugin works perfectly.
