Hi,
Yes, LeadCart is not a WordPress product.
I now understand how Automator works and I think the only way is to buy the Pro plugin. Before doing that I’m looking at other ways to achieve what I want.By the way, is there any possibility to include a delay in triggers? Does Pro version do that?
Hi,
I’m using LeadCart to sell the product. When the user pays it will add the user to WishList Member through direct integration.
At this point, the user didn’t access yet to the system as It is not aware of the credentials created.
So I want to send him an email with the login and a link to reset the password as the user already exists in the system.I understand now that as the user is not logged in I cannot trigger the recipe. I need to figure out an alternative ??
Hi,
I’m using the free plugin. The process is the following:
1 – User is created in the system after he buys a product
2 – User is added automatically to a WishList member through the integration from the cart system
3 – I wanted to send an email with the user reset link by using Automator when the user is added to the WishList level. This means the user didn’t access the system yet, so I need to find an alternative as I understand that Automator needs the user to be logged in to trigger the recipe.Forum: Plugins

Yes, you can
Hi,
After some testing, I discovered that the situation occurs only with a user with admin privileges and if a popup is active. The company that created Master Popups didn’t find any issue from their side and they don’t know what might be causing the issue.
Nevertheless, my concern was if the issue appeared when a “normal” user-triggered it. As it is only with Admin, it’s not a problem
Also, If I access the same page again, the action is triggered (even if I have it configured to run only once). Could this happen because I’m using an Administrator account?
I’ve tested it and found a conflict between Automator and Master Popups plugin
Sure. I Will test it now.
It’s a test environment but I need it working by Monday though ??Also,
Even I set up to run only once, every time I access the page it triggers the action.Well… I thought there might be something that could trigger it, but I tested with 2 pages and one is empty and I still have the same result.
And yes, It’s strange the delay and happened in the first test I did also.I’m using Chrome. I just tested it to run only once, and with another page, and the results are the same.
Hi,
Just tested it and now the action runs twice. I’ve set up a page visit as trigger (with 1 time as a visit) and the send email trigger. I also set the “times per user” as unlimited (see https://prnt.sc/t2vskq)The problem is that when I visit the page only once, I receive 2 emails with the same content and in the recipe log I have this > https://prnt.sc/t2vro8.
Any ideas on how to avoid Automator to trigger the event twice?
THank you for the feedback
