If you click on the “Shop” tab itself, it will show a mix of all the products we have. I need the “Shop” tab to be inactive and only the dropdown options of the “Shop” tab be accessible.

One more question, when hovering on shop tab there is a drop down for each product category but the “Shop” tab itself is active at the same time which i don’t want that. How can i disable the shop tab itself and keep the rest of the dropdown as is?

Thank yo so much Kevin!!! disabling the Ad blocker solved the issue and I can see the pictures but in another menu tab <Gift Basket> the pictures are showing differently and it seems the configuration has changed:

Can we changed them back to it’s original setting?

With regards to api key can you please shed some lights on what type of issues could it cause before I call Shopify.

I have the same issue. Can’t find any buttons to configure my site.

We do receive orders online from customers everyday which means the products are there and the cart is working as well.

The theme is up to date and getting updated on schedule. Everything else is working fine. So that’s narrowing down the problem to the Coupon Box which I’m guessing some codes need to be added to make it work…

Unfortunately I can’t deactivate the plugins as I have many of them…but I had this issue from the beginning even before i started installing the plugins.

I need to have 2-3 separate product pages as the products are totally different categories and I need them to be divided. Pls let me know what are the alternatives so I can apply them.

interesting was the width of the images were different by 2-3 pixels from 320 (not all ‘exactly 320px’ width) and that was impacting the misalignment of the images as well.

one thing i notice is the length of the images are not showing up all at the same length even though I scaled the images all at the same size of 320×500 px. It looks messy in the product page.

I want to create a child theme as they say it’s a requirement to prevent losing the changes when we have themes updates.

Now, i read that the two files, which are the styles.css and the functions.php need to be copied over to a newly created folder called “virtue-child”.

1) I need to know what are the exact steps I need to take to create this child theme?

2) and is there any changes I have to make in the “functions.php” file?

I got a API number from Canada post website today, after registering my business profile. My impression was that this API would work like a “shipping plugin” which people can checkout with a correct shipping cost added to their product. Can you confirm that please for me.

And would you please direct me on where should I enter this API number on my theme (wooCommerce Virtue theme v. 2.3.7) so I can test this out.

One more question, I’m building my website with Virtue theme. Should I create a chid theme? If so, what are the steps to create one?
