I use the default wp login. Not using any plugin

In Settings >> Discussions I have set the comments to auto approve but still the comments are held for moderation. I am using GASP Anti Spam Bot plugin. Is that the reason the comments being held for moderation?
But a few days back comments were not held for moderation even if the GASP plugin is active. This problem started only after I updated to WordPress 3.5.2

Thanks the problem is solved. Now the RSS feed of my site Football News and Updates
is working fine.

Is it resolved when you cleared the cache or you followed some other procedure?

Same problem with my website, Live Cricket Scores. I am forced to turn off public registration due to this problem.

I was facing the same problem until a few days ago in my cricket blog.But now I have solved the problem. In my case the problem was due to the cache of W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare cache. Clearing the cache in Cloudflare as well as W3 Total Cache solved the issue for me.

I can honestly say they do not. They are inactive, and incapable of affecting any processes. I have tested the load time of my Cricket blog to verify it. The load time before deleting the inactive plugin and after deleting the inactive plugin is same. So I can say it from my experience that Inactive Plugins have no effect on the site load speed
