Someone at WooThemes got back to me to say the problem was most likely the theme so we changed the product bundle settings to remove the thumbnails for now. I tested a different theme on a staging site and it appears the problem is with the Zerif Lite theme. I’ll probably post the same info to the Zerif forum and see if anyone there has a solution or update.
