We’re having similar problems with a site we manage. Interestingly it also uses the Flatsome theme. Perhaps there’s some incompatibility with them?

I’m getting somewhere with the template and it’s looking good. However at the moment I’m using the_content(); to get the information from the main field which seem to automatically pull in info from the custom fields (IE the map and Venue, organiser and Details blocks) is there a better way to only bring in the info from the main field?

Sure here’s some screen shots to show you what I mean. Though you should be able to duplicate it with an install of Astra (theme), astra pro (plugin) and BSF docs (plugin)

When you activate masonry from within the customizer

The reason the layout breaks is because of the inline style that’s added by the masonry option here:

I think the Astra theme or Astra pro Plugin needs a rule added to exclude the Doc post type from Masonry. I hope that helps illustrate what I’m talking about. Thanks again.

Yea, we’re getting the same hosting on WPengine. Premium WP hosts like WPengine, Flywheel, Kinsta etc deal with the caching sever side and AFAIK don’t offer options to change the caching time. It wouldn’t be best practice to do so anyway.
We can’t afford to turn off Caching on all product pages, that would completely defeat the point in caching in the first place.

Is there a better solution?

Couldn’t you generate the nonce from the WP dashboard so we could still have cache active on the front end?

In case someone finds this post before the other similar one on this forum the other thing you need to do is increase the character limit in the settings.

Ultimate Member -> settings-> Appearance -> Profile and change “User description maximum chars”

No, All products have 1 and only 1 category only assigned.

“BBpress” with “bbPress Notify (No-Spam)” Also seems affected by this. It’s paid membership site so not overly keen on testing beta releases on it I’m afraid.

That seems to have worked well. Thank you very much.

Small note however with pagination the results are randomised on each page of results which means that some results will appear twice and other may not appear at all.

for me personally this won’t be an issue as I want all results visible on the main advert page and have set posts per page to 9999999. But if someone else wants to use this with pagination then they may need modify the above code slightly.

Sorry Steven, I see that this is working throughout the main plugin since you updated it. It’s only the Posterboard Add-on which seem to retain the issue. Perhaps the same solution you used on the main plugin could be applied here?

Any news on an update to this? I had really hoped to be able to use your plugin for a website I’m currently working on but it requires private posts. I’d also like to use the Posterboard add-on if possible.
