Hi.

Yes there is a featured image on all of them.

A test post without a featured image appears to work both automatically on posting and manually.

I then added a featured image to it and it still worked when sending manually.

Going back to one of the posts that didn’t work, that still fails to send through although there is still the message that it has been sent.

I did have a profile selected, but it seems to often become disconnected again. I have again re-selected it.

I can’t see any reference to that in the firewall rules.

I will try my host again, but I don’t hold out much hope so I might just need to find a different solution here.

I kust had to re-insert the API key for it to add new posts as it does monthly, presumably because of the plugins being removed and added back. The posts for this month had already been drafted though and the most recent one published again hasn’t been posted to FB etc.

I am not quite sure I follow – you seem to suggest ticking the Disable XML-RPC authentication checkbox in Wordfence, which seems counter intuitive, but when I do that, I get an error from Jetpack itself?

Hi. We have Wordfence installed but I am not sure if that would block it nor aware of any settings that I could disable/change.

Our ISP have added the IP addresses, but the post that went live yesterday also has not been posted through to FB etc. These are posts that are created in draft and scheduled by another plug-in. Their sharing works fine to LinkedIn/Google with other plug ins.

Plus a search option please?

That is already taken care of on both counts and before the issue started. The issue must lie elsewhere.

The issue appears to be down to when Woocommerce is enabled. If it is, the slider fails and the images on the pages are very slow.

Any way to test the theme works OK elsewhere, then where do I go from there?

Woocommerce has been on the site for some time and never seen these issues before, so is it the theme or WC?

It has been working fine for nearly two years without issue.

I had the same issue with the Google Analyticator plug-in enabled – noting that plugin looks like it might have been abandoned.

Note this is when using the shortcode only – the popup message shows the date correctly.

I already use that plug-in as recommended by you in the past. Unfortunately it can’t cope with special characters even when they are just 1/2 symbol.
