I am wondering why passthrough doesn’t ignore the rewrites what is its function?

In previous posts others have found solutions to this issue such as:

Very helpful thanks Mateusz, therefore one last thing, when I select passthrough, why would it not ignore the rewrite, and therefore work, isn’t that what passthrough is? If not whats it supposed to do

Shouldn’t it. Is there a reason why it shouldn’t work with woocommerce?
Looking at this support forum so many have issues with this plugin and similar ones that support can’t just say. I can’t reproduce that. Look at all the tickets.
Although just to clarify I don’t have the user issue. I have over 2000 users so can’t change user config thanks

I just installed your plugin and I have the same issue as this user.
I had deactivated all plugins and no improvement.
I am using the standard WooCommerce login.
I have asked the MYLISTING theme devs if the theme has any hardcoded redirects embedded. But I don’t think so.
A checkout custom redirect I have in the child works fine.
What info can I give you to help diagnosis please?

Yes its a live environment and I just can’t debug.
Can you answer my question please?:
If the plugin has already converted say 1000 images and it hits an API error does it go back to the start or does it know to stop and start from where it left off.
If you answer is yes I can keep using regenerate and eventually I can be assured that all the images convert.
If the answer is no – may I suggest that you implement such a feature.
and / or it skips errors and provides list report at the end with technical information you need to investigate.
