Many thanks for your reply. As an end user I don’t feel confident enough to start going into FTP and changing / deleting files.

Do you have a list of people who offer their services to do things like this?

Thanks for the reply, it’s not only the plug-ins I can’t get to in the dashboard, its everything in the dashboard that a choose that then gives an error code.

Do you think if I disable the plugins from FTP my dashboard should work?

Many thanks Uglyduck and Steve for your quick response. Unfortunately I can’t get to my plug-in area of the dashboard because I get the error message and it won’t let me go any further.

Is there a way of installing without going through the dashboard installer?
