Hi Denis, Thanks for such an awesome and lightweight solution. I have found the counter is updating now. It might have been caching or a conflict as you say. I was doing quite a bit of work on the site. Your timely response gave me the confidence I needed to let it ride for a bit and here it is resolved. Many thanks!

Thanks for the quick and helpful feedback, Jeff. I will follow up by trying to figure out what plug-in that might be. The error showed up right after I installed SDC; I thought that must be it, and I really appreciate that you’ve eliminated SDC. It’s a minor issue on the site, and I carry a lot of tasks (as a volunteer), and I apologise that my responses are delayed. We are a fringe academic community, publishing quite a bit of material using WordPress, and your plug-in is a great way to track the PDF downloads, which is a number that matters to academics for the prof dev reporting. Hi Jeff, Thanks for checking in. I am not full-time on web dev so there are lags when other priorities take over. The issue persists and is confusing members when they try to update their profiles, so I need to fix it. However, the download counter is working great and I really want to keep it. Please have a look at this PDF and you will see the error message that comes up.

What else can I provide? Would site access help? I could set you up with an account.

I’m having trouble with this pathway (using Profile Builder Pro and Paid Subscriptions Pro). My registration forms do not show a password setting even though I’ve added them to the form. There’s no way for the user to log in. So the user would have to go to Lost password to start their account.
I’m sure there’s something wrong here.

Hey, just solved my problem. The plug-in was conflicting with the Smush plug-in. Deactivated Smush and the image shows up fine in the Starbox. Now the dilemma is which plug-in is more important?
Is it possible that a future update will resolve the Starbox/Smush conflict?

I am having the same problem. Checked “show gravatar” and images are showing on the backend, but not on the public side. The images were working until today. Updated.
