I have removed it from my site neeshu.com I am not going to take the risk of getting my wp-admin blocked again, i had successfully logged in each time, stupid plugin doesn’t recognize the admin and normal user.

problem solved it was the phpbb plugin which used to show, news from the forum on to the blog ??

things work fine when plugins folder is renamed but when i use the original (plugins) name it starts to give problem even when all plugins are disabled, do you think it has something to do with this error from error log

I removed the top level cat plugin from ftp and reinstalled it which removed the error ??
