Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out!Would you please confirm if you have created your forms with the builder that is built into the plugin, or from your Sendinblue account directly?
If forms are created from within your Sendinblue account directly, it will be necessary to add them via HTML or iframe instead of with a short code. If they are created with the plugin, however, then the shortcode should work for embedding the form.
If this is not the case, or if you’d like some more detailed help investigating within your account, please send us an email at [email protected]; we’ll be glad to assist! ??
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [Brevo for WooCommerce] Throws error trying to add table prefix everytimeHi there,
Thank you for bringing this up and we appreciate the alternative solution suggested by you. I am sure that this would definitely work and we have even asked our Development team to handle in near future.
I would further like to inform you that the above reported issue generally comes up when Old version of the plugin has not been disabled/uninstalled properly and in parallel the latest version of the API ( V3) is being used.
In the above cases , we recommend our clients to completely uninstall the older version and install the new one so as to avoid such situation.
I would like to thank again for analysing the root cause and suggesting the alternative ??
Hi Joffrey,
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately, Sendinblue does not offer this feature,
However, it does seem to be possible from within WordPress. Please reach out to WordPress support directly for assistance on this as Sendinblue does not have this ability.
We were able to find this help article that seems to have some information on this feature: https://wpforms.com/how-to-use-dynamic-field-choices/I hope this clarifies your concern

In reply to: [Brevo for WooCommerce] Allowing more than one attachmentHello Jan,
Thanks for reaching out today.
I’d like to inform that we only allow single attachments to be included in email templates/campaigns.
You’re able to read this on our documentation under “Advanced Options” here: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209587285–Creating-an-email-campaign
The reason for this is that it creates larger emails, which are not always supported by email systems. We only allow one attachment to limit the total size of the email since the maximum total size of your newsletter must be less than 5 MB.
With that being said, your feedback and code suggestions have been forwarded to our technical team for future consideration.
Hope this clarifies. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
