To have a country list from which your user can select an option, you can create a new contact attribute (type = category) directly in your sendinblue account (https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209499605-Attribute-the-different-fields-of-your-database).
Once this new attribute is created, you can add it in the form you’ve created in SendinBlue plugin for WP like any other attribute (https://drive.google.com/a/dual-technologies.com/file/d/0B8234zUOM-SJdW9sRnFtMFdZQ2c/view?usp=drivesdk).

For now, you can use sync feature only once with current version.

We added new variable for downloadable products in new version 1.2.1.
You can use {ORDER_DOWNLOAD_LINK} for link of downloadable products like other variables in the template.
