I would like to inform you that we only track order_completed event. In the help centre article, order has been made is being referring to when the order is completed.
In case you have any contacts which are being tracked when the order is in processing, please create a support ticket through your Sendinblue account or email us at [email protected] with some additional information like:
1. Support Id/ login id linked with your Sendinblue account
2. Example of email ids for which this happened
3. Access to your WooCommerce account.We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you with your request.

The plugin would normally send this log only if an order in completed.
Can you please provide examples of contacts who have triggered this event without actually completed the order?Please provide the details of the account as well (login email and support ID)

I have gone through all of your messages and can confirm the most likely issue here is that the information was not saved before logging out. The same goes for any of the other settings, if “Apply” is not clicked, everything will revert to default.
Typically, logging out of one’s account does not delete data, but unfortunately if information is not saved before doing so, anything not saved will be irretrievable.
Would you mind sending in an email to [email protected] confirming your login email address so that we can address all of your other points in more detail.

Thank you for contacting the Sendinblue Customer Care team!
You can use a contact attribute condition to send a template depending if a contact meets a certain condition. So for example, on your form, you can ask which Language they would like to receive communications in. You can add a LANGUAGE attribute on this page of your account: https://my.sendinblue.com/lists/add-attributes
Then, there would only be one workflow: the entry point is contact submits form, next step is an if/else condition where if the contact attribute for LANGUAGE is English for example, you send out the English workflow. If it is not English you can add more conditions if they meet other contact attributes to trigger different emails for different languages.

We would like to inform you that dynamic lists are only available to the Drag & Drop Element “image box” and not “image box X2”.
Please refer to the information shared in the ticket raised as we provide more details regarding the matter of how to select dynamic lists.
