Okay just moved everything accordingly.

wordpress works fine in a seperate directory (phew), but its still controlling https://www.mydomain.com/wiki even though the wordpress directory is at https://www.mydomain.com/wordpress.

The blog address is still https://www.mydomain.com

Where I can create categories and then store files neatly according to its categories.
