Me too. Old interface was simple and easy to use.

Don’t deactivate it, just roll back to 2.3.X. Download and install WP-Rollback plugin for this purpose.

Text editor is also slow for me.

I keep record of all plugin updates on my local PC in case such bad updates appear, I could easily roll back.

Not only visual editor but text editor has also gone slower after this update. Previously, I would just quickly proceed with writing and proofing process in text mode but I observe clear lags now. I use firefox.

This new Yoast update is bogus. There is a famous saying “don’t fix it if it is not broken”. But Yoast team decided to fix already working things and made them worse. Now they will release 100 more updates to fix the issues. I would never pay them for their premium services. The end.

I am using 1024×768 on an older desktop monitor with 19″ display. On notebook with widerscreen, it’s fine. May be you people had thought about that in first place because there are still 4:3 LCD/LED monitors in use in offices, shops and also in homes.

So, after messing around I have finally figured out solution myself. If anyone else is also facing problem, just do the following:

1- Make sure you have enabled Ajax mode from plugin settings. (Open popups plugin settings from WordPress sidebar and enable Ajax mode). Check if Facebook button and other buttons have started working fine. If they still do not appear, proceed to step 2.

2- On the same settings page, enable “Unload Facebook Javascript” and save Settings. (If Twitter or Google+ button is also not appearing you can unload their javascripts as well). Now, do not go away. Simply disable this option once again and save settings. Now, Facebook (and other buttons) will start working again.

That is also possible. I will try it again on fresh WordPress without other plugins.

I am using magxp theme by ‘mythemeshop’. You can get that to see the cause of problem. I have modified this theme to fit it according to my needs. Done some modifications to stylesheet and other php files. Original theme has also got the same weird behavior.

Definitely Ad Injection.

I have already switch to Ad Injection for now. It is working fine on my site. Don’t know where developer of that plugin is lost because that plugin still requires a lot of UI improvements. ??

Another thing I noted Advanced Ads plugin slows down site somewhat. May be that’s because I have limited shared resources!!

By the way Ad injection plugin works fine on my site but I do not like that plugin much. Yours is good.

Yes. I am trying to combine. Because ad placement feature of theme is limited to displaying ads below post title and below post content. I am trying to display ads between the contents as well. By the way, when plugin is working fine, still ads do not appear on some of the posts.

For this time, I have completely removed adsense code from theme control panel and enabled Advanced Ads plugin. Blank spaces are displaying on all posts. Here is the link to my site: https://androidpicks.com

Thanks for your kind reply. Yes. I have enabled that. But now the problem is resolved. I have uninstalled plugin and reinstalled it (on both sites of mine). Sharing buttons are displaying properly now. May be something went broken at my end because I was fiddling too much with different plugins during past few days. ??
