Yes your right. The missing file is wp-blog-header.php.
Sorry for the mislead.

Are you sure the files have been uploaded completely? You may want to re-upload the files to make sure.

Ask Godaddy if there is any issue going right now. It seems that people using Ipowerweb are en-counting this problem because of the MySQL problem.

Basically the error is just saying that they don’t see the file named index.php inside /home/content/s/h/o/shoesmitten/html/

If you are using the 1-click installation provided by the host you should receive a email that has a link to your WordPress install page. If not there is a possibility that the 1-click installation did not work.

Try to contact Media Temple if the 1-click install worked. I’m sure they will help you with that.
