eCommerce Product Catalog cannot disable parts of the theme. If you want to use the eCommerce Product Catalog breadcrumbs you should disable the theme breadcrumbs. You can look for it in the theme settings or documentation.
Also if you need the category in the product URL and breadcrumbs you will need the Smarter Product URLs extension.

The breadcrumbs that you currently see on your product pages come from your theme. If you want to enable the product catalog breadcrumbs you should go to Catalog Settings > General and check the ‘Enable Catalog Breadcrumbs’ checkbox.

Yes, you’re correct. Once you purchase the PayPal plugin, it’s yours to use indefinitely. It will not stop working even if the subscription ends. The subscription is only for ongoing updates and support, so you’ll still have access to all the features of the plugin even after your subscription expires.

Thank you for the suggestion but with sorting by date you can adjust the order easily by changing the product date.
The same timestamp issue is solved with the Product CSV extension. We will look at the default importer to solve this issue too.
Custom Product Order extension has an option to make the default order by ID.
Can you provide the sceeenshot of the catalog general settings?

You have the following CSS that makes the margins and padding big:
.entry-content ul, .entry-content ol {
padding: revert;
margin: revert;
}You can adjust the value to make them smaller or remove this CSS completely.
The sidebar that you have on the main catalog page comes from the theme so you should look in the theme options to enable it on all the pages.

You can hide a category on the category list with custom CSS. However, this will not hide the category page if somebody enters the URL directly.
The Catalog Users Manager extension allows you to completely block access to the selected category.
