In reply to: [Super Zoom Gallery] Plugin Doesn't Do AnythingUsage is not that difficult, just add a gallery to a page or post and the SZG does its thing. Unless you don’t override the default gallery (in settings) then you can use the shortcode as described in the documentation.

There is no way you can do that just with a shortcode. You could program your own widget that uses the SZG. That would require some PHP programming.

Sure, you can specify the ids of the images to display like so:

[superzoomgallery ids="729,732,731,720"]If you don’t use the default gallery shortcode.

I tried it locally on a WordPress installation, with one of your beautiful photos, and I can’t get the same result. It could be something with the CSS of the theme you are using but I haven’t found out yet what it is.
I will try to find it out, but maybe you could try to switch themes just to see if the problem changes.

The CSS selector for the main image is:
.szg-main-photo
For the thumbnails:szg-thums imgThe last question is abit more difficult to answer, you could probably do this with CSS, but that would not be the nicest solution. Changing the plugin would cause other issues so I guess CSS would be the best way to go.
