It’s actually a lot simpler:
add this to the functions.php file in your theme folder:
remove_action('wp_head', 'shortlink_wp_head');

Thanks. I was hoping there was another way to do this because it makes things kind of messy (I have non-WP folders too).
Appreciate it, Mason

My old site “irumors.wordpress.com” is there. Not the new one: masonsklut.com
Found my answer here:

Anyone?
I wish WP made this feature more user-friendly….

That’s what is was. I forgot to change the table prefix.
Thanks.
The link to the archives page is https://masonsklut.com/archives
Good idea. Just contacted the developer…
Thanks. Just click one of the image links located in the “screenshots” portion of each tutorial… I just notice the background fading then the image opens in a new Safari tab.

I’m using a trial vers. of LightView. It seems to do the job right, but costs way more than Lightbox ??
It works, but it doesn’t “auto-resize” images that don’t fit in the browser window…
I also tried out the newer version and it doesn’t work on my site:

Any ideas?

Thanks. If I just want to use WordPress on a certain part of a site, how should I install it?
I want to use WP on the main page of this site, that’s all.
