We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
I just reviewed your communication with the support team and saw that you haven’t permitted them to fix the issue. They were politely asking you to reconsider and let them fix it as it wasn’t a major issue.

Our support team is always respectful to all the users and tries their best to help them. If an issue is reported by a customer they try to fix it immediately and if an issue is not fixable we provide the customers with a refund.

We don’t have any bad intention of keeping the money of a customer if they are experiencing any major issue that might be because of the compatibility of the plugin with their site environment.

As we follow a market standard refund policy https://codexpert.io/refund-policy/ your request wasn’t forwarded to the administration as in policy number 4 it is stated that – “If you refused to provide our support staff access to your websites to investigate the issues you are having with our product.”

I hope you will understand the standard refund policy and let the support team investigate the issue on your site. If the issue is not fixable we will process the refund for sure.
