Thank you for using the Support Genix plugin.
Currently, the feature to extract and provide a backup of ticket history directly from the plugin is not available. However, you can manually export and share ticket history from your database or using WordPress backup and export plugins.

To solve the issue, you can add the following line of code at your child theme functions.php or use any PHP snippet plugin:
add_filter( 'just_tables_enqueue_frontend_assets', '__return_true' );
This should enable the table to display all of your products as expected. We hope this resolves the issue for you.

The feature is already available to show products by custom Attribute. But, show products by custom Taxonomy is not available at the moment.

As your given screenshot, it seems that inserted taxonomy (attribute) keyword is not correct there.
Keyword for the Model attribute should like pa_model or similar.
