Thank you for your interest in upgrading to the paid version of Support Genix.
ACF Integration: The agent backend does not support ACF fields. However, there is no need to use ACF for custom fields. Support Genix includes its own custom field feature, allowing you to add as many fields as you need.
Viewing Tickets as CPT: Currently, there is no way to view the tickets in the WP backend as CPT (Custom Post Type).

We’ve tried to replicate the error you’re facing with version 1.5.8 but have been unable to do so. According to the DataTables documentation, the issue seems to be related to an Ajax error. It’s possible that there was a temporary issue in your backend during the update process.

Could you please share a screenshot or video demonstration of the scenario involving the registration button and the back button? It would help us understand the issue better.
As per our design, Support Genix does not include a back button along with the registration button. Also, if you are not logged in, the “Register” button should appear logically. There shouldn’t be any situation where the registration option is unavailable. However, some settings may alter this default behavior.
We are currently unclear about the exact issue you are facing and need more details to provide a proper solution. If you provide the necessary details and we identify a bug, we will ensure it gets fixed.
