please deactivate plugin and remove the plugin folder from plugins directory…
then download the plugin again and upload in your plugin directory then activate… this should solve the problem… I was getting same problem and contact to their support… they have taken care of this immediately and given me instructions to follow these step…
I did it and this solved the problem.
I think there was a problem with folder naming problem. ??
