Hi @danyelandre,
You opened a support ticket a month ago and asked if you could create an invoice automation. More specifically, you want the contact to exist in the automation twice. That conversation ended with you asking this as a feature and our support engineer taking it as a feature request.
You reopened the ticket 13 days ago and tried to solve the problem with a workaround. By looking at the last few replies, I understand that you’re trying to send emails to a custom address (preferably by parsing contact information via form field data. And then there was no reply from you.
While I do agree that this feature isn’t available, you can’t really rate the plugin 2* for a feature that doesn’t exist. This is a very advanced use case and we can’t develop such features overnight.
We put a lot of effort into building world-class solutions and support customers wholeheartedly. So, I really hope you will reconsider your review and help us improve FluentCRM.
Thanks
If your specs are capable of multi-threaded sending (the following requirements), you can increase the number significantly. Check these out:
Please make sure your server meets the following requirements for optimal performance.
- Multiple CPU on the server.
- At least 4GB Server Memory (RAM).
- Rate limit of your SMTP/Email Sending Service is within the max email sending rate set in email settings.
- Max Execution Time of PHP value should within within 50-60 seconds.
- If you already have a good sending speed. Do not enable this feature.
Hi @stevenw123, It’s best to configure these settings based on your AWS limits. You’ll find AWS 24-hour sending limits on your SES account dashboard. At the same time, we also recommend you not put too much pressure on your server if it’s not a high-quality one. For example, if you’re using basic hosting with regular server specs, sticking to a 15 email/second would be best. But if you have high-quality hosting and an exceptional 24-hour sending quota, you can modify your settings based on that. Remember, the most emails you attempt per second, the more of your server resources will be used.
Hi @stevenw123, glad to help. By the way, I just got an update from our developers about my answer. So I wanted to clarify things.
One-click Unsubscribe is enabled by default. You don’t need to do anything. The compliance settings will only enable A straightforward unsubscribe without asking for any feedback. If left unchecked, it will ask for a feedback before unsubscribing.

Hi @hefin, I’m not sure if you’re using the free or the pro version. If you’re using pro, you should be able to do all of these pretty easily.
Hi @stevenw123, We already have the one-click unsubscribe feature. You can go to Settings> Compliance to enable this.
Yes, we have an integration and you can automate various stuffs.
RSS feed won’t show your post featured image. For that, please use our latest post block.
Hi @bba01, Sorry I didn’t get the email notification. We had a problem with AutomatorWP before, can you check if it works now?
Hi @hudsontek, Link tracking refers to general link tracking. FluentCRM will stop tracking clicks and counting them. Smartlink is a different feature through which you can tag contacts and automate stuffs.
Hi @dynnode, It’s best to keep both FluentCRM and your WooCommerce plugin on the same installation. And FluentCRM stores all data on separate data tables so yes, you can easily port the data over to any other WP installation. ??
Hi @alexblack369, We fixed this in the latest version. Should work fine now. ??
Hi @linqiabin, You can go to FluentCRM Settings> Email Setting and then remove the branding from “Email Footer Settings”. Though it would be very helpful if you recommend us to others by letting them know that you’re using FluentCRM. ??
Thank you @thefreewebguy! We believe in customer-centric business and we do our best to make your journey smooth with our products.
