Thanks for your reply.
I followed your instructions and can see that the renewal shows up in the Cron events. I hope the emails will be sent out. I can confirm once the next subscription is due.
Can I please check:
1. I presume there is no need for me to have the WP Crontrol plugin installed moving forward?
2. I presume there is no need for me to do the manual sync in the Renewal Plugin Settings moving forward? Is this an action that you do only once when you setup the plugin?
