When editing the page, and you click on the image, does it show that it’s center aligned?

That looks like a Text widget with an image in it, and a Search widget.

I can’t click anything that’s in a dropdown menu.

Yep, use Mark’s method if you don’t want to start your site from scratch. Afterwards, you’ll still have to log in at https://risk.co.nz/wp/wp-login.php

Softaculous often defaults to installing at https://website.com/wp. Your site is at https://risk.co.nz/wp. I recommend going through the Softaculous installation again, but this time reading the directions more closely and watching out for this.

When you click on the image within the visual editor, it gives you the ability to change the alignment. After adjusting that, you can also click and drag the image into your ideal place.
