-Have your tried switching to basic Wp theme(Twentysixteen, seventeen any )?
-You can try to shoot a simple mail using php mail function.

2. Trying switching to default wp theme

Ensure you take backup of files and database before performing any of the operation listed above.

Any solution to that also?
