I have looked and there doesn’t seem to be any CSS associated to .mlw_horizontal_choice which is why is displays as a normal multiple choice field. I’ve written my own for now.

Was there a resolution for this – I have the same issue?

We don’t want to import users. There will be some patients who will be referred to the members area which is password protected itself. These members will then need to sign up to the given members area. It needs to be a sign up so that we can get them to accept a policy by signing up.

Hi, the after login redirect as I mentioned. I have set up the url in advanced settings as per the documentation.
