?? Thank you @modernscarface.
P.S. Working on a new release that will include an option to enable ghost carts to be saved as well.Best wishes,
NaurisMarking this as resolved for now.
Let me know if you can send us any steps how we could repeat this issue you are referring to.Yes, once you logout from one account and sign in to a different account, you should not be able to see any other data except one that has been saved in the new user’s data.
Could you please open up both user accounts and see if their data saved under WordPress user data is different from what you are seeing in the checkout form?
Best,
NaurisThanks for your support! ??
Actually we have already had a similar discussion a topic some while ago.
Once you login to a new account – your WooCommerce session ID gets reset and therefore any data saved in the previous session is reset.Let me know if you have any additional input.

In reply to: [CartBounty - Save and recover abandoned carts for WooCommerce] MailchimpDear @calsherry
I see what you mean now. Most probably you are using the default MailChimp plugin alongside with CartBounty however they are not linked in any way. Only our Premium version does have a separate MailChimp integration and that one passes data both from Checkout form as well as Exit Intent.
Hope this makes sense now.

In reply to: [CartBounty - Save and recover abandoned carts for WooCommerce] MailchimpHey @calsherry
Thanks for your question. The Exit Intent is in no way related to MailChimp therefore the carts captured by the checkout form or by Exit Intent should not have any effect on email delivery whatsoever. What makes you think otherwise?

NaurisHi @ngrudev, thank you for updating the issue and letting us know.
Best of luck getting in touch with them and resolving this issue.Hey @dexterbartis
We have just released a new version that includes the option to change Exit Intent image from within the user interface. Should make a bit more user friendly experience managing the appearance of your Exit Intent popup.
Best wishes,
NaurisHi @track77
Thanks for pointing out this issue.
We have just released an update that includes a fix for this. really appreciate your assistance and input!Best wishes,
NaurisMarking it as resolved since no response has arrived so far.
@ngrudev I will create a clean multisite installation and will take a look at it a bit later.
Hi @ngrudev
We checked the role and it still works as it should.
Store managers have the ability to see all abandoned carts as well as view what settings have been setup in the CartBounty however he has no rights to make adjustments nor changes to the settings of CartBounty as well as Exit Intent.Best wishes,
NaurisHi @ngrudev
Up until recent users with the role “Shop manager” were able to access abandoned carts saved by CartBounty. Will double check this and let you know.

NaurisHi @blurerika
