1. As you can read in plugin options: Leave blank to use the default text and its equivalent translation in multiple languages.
2. If using WPML don’t forget in a first please to go “Localization of theme and plugins”
and then click “Analyze selected plugins for strings”.
After doing this strings for WPC Smart Wishlist plugin should be visible in “String translation” WPML option. Then you can find and translate texts for the plugin. ??
