    Hi Matt

Thanks for the reply. I think it would be great because, for products in the Custom category on Amazon, there is no way for hijackers to get into them, so at least in my case, I would found it very useful because I sell mugs with my own designs on them and hijackers just jump on the listing and if they got a sale, just download the main image, remove the mug, steal my design and keep selling them.

By updating all of my, let’s say 11 oz mugs listings with a custom option to offer in the listing 11 and 15 oz mugs, I would be the only possible seller of my own listings and wouldn’t have to worry about thieves.

I’m happy to beta test this with a few listings if You find a way to make it work.

Well, the error persists but now the listings are being updated so I think everything if ok. Again, thanks for the support!

Thank You for the quick reply John, I forgot to add that I’ve been using the plugin for a few years now and it has been working with no problems, I do have an active Pro account, all of the plugins, PHP and WordPress are updated so I’ll go with the last part of your reply and if I still keep getting the error, I’ll delete and add again the account.

Again, thank You for your support!

Edit: I just wanted to add that I have that Amazon account linked to 2 websites with WP Lister, I just made a test with the other website doing exactly the same steps and the listings are correctly being sent to Amazon after updating the profile. The only difference between the 2 websites is that the website that is working, has everything outdated, WordPress, WooCommerce, a few plugins and themes, both websites are under the same server. I think I’ll have to delete and add again the account in the website that is not working.

Well, it looks like all I had to do was to write this post because now the shipping template is working in all of my products… The only thing is that the main ASIN (for variable products) remains with the default shipping template but that ASIN is not buyable so no problem, the buyable ASINs (variations) have the shipping template I assigned in the profile.

    Thanks for your time!

Thank You John, I appreciate it!

I tried multiple options but unfortunately, it always tries to create a new ASIN, no matter if I try with the ones I removed and matched or with the ones still on Amazon but Inactive. Still, thanks for taking the time to give me a hand!

Wow! Thank You so much for such a detailed explanation. I’ll go and read it slowly and will share my results here.

Have a great day and be safe!

    Hi John

Thanks for the quick response. So by doing this how will I assign a profile? I’ll try to explain myself better:

    1. I had an Amazon Handmade account and I used the template uploader to upload the Handmade category and create a profile with it.
    2. The products were sent to Amazon with said profile and an ASIN was assigned for each one, all of them simple products by the way.
    3. Amazon deactivated my Amazon Handmade account because they said “They don’t think my products are handmade” and therefore the products were deactivated but still on my account with an ASIN assigned.
    4. I want to reuse those ASINs to upload the same products via my Pro Seller Central account which is the same account that had available the Handmade account, I still have it and in good standing.
    5. I removed the products from Amazon, at least some of them, to make a test.
    6. Updated the products via CSV to add the ASIN which they used to have on Amazon Handmade.
    7. Now I need to resend this products to Amazon but with a different template and therefore a different profile because I need to upload them on the Seller Central account instead of the Handmade account.

With this information, still the “Match all ASINs” is the best way to do it? Or should I just push them again with the new profile and they will use the ASIN I added via CSV?

To summarize, all I want with this is to reuse the ASINs instead of creating new ones with the restriction We have to create a given number of ASINs per week.

    Thanks in advance!

No problem John, thanks for the quick reply. I’ll wait for the next update to be released.

    Have a great day!

    Hi John

Thanks for the quick reply. Just 1 question:

Am I able to “use” variations as options with the custom feed template? This considering that when You create manually a Handmade product, it doesn’t show up on Seller Central as a variable product but as a simple product with “options” aka variations.

Thanks in advance and thanks for such a great plugin!

so it is possible at this time to use the plugin to list on Amazon Handmade? If yes, is there a knowledge base about it considering that Handmade doesn’t support variations but Options?

    I’ll do that. Thanks!

    Hi John

I tried to reduce it to 100 and then to 10 and get the same result.

I’m opening a ticket and making a reference to this thread.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your reply. About:

    1. I’m using the product decription more like a FAQ section and it’s working great. It’s just that when a " is added to the description, it cuts it and send to Amazon just the info before the ". Actually this is more informative because I solved this by removing te " in my descriptions.

    2. I’ll ask Amazon and if Y don’t get a reply, I’ll open a ticket in WPLab.com. Thanks for this.

    3. About the key product features is ok. They’re working great for me. And I understand the search terms, it’s just that if I were to create my listing manually in Amazon there is initially just one field for search terms and I have to click on the “Add more” button in order to be available to add max. 5. But when in the feed tempalte of your plugin I try to add this terms, I add more than 1 using commas but in Amazon nothing is displayed this way. I’ll try by using the tags in WooCoomerce products and I’ll let You know. If You want to take a look in my site is ok for me.

    Thanks for your time!
