problem resolved. it was due to theme that was blowing the task. I ran the task with original theme then reversed to my theme.

bent je Nederlander? geveldig ))) i lived a bit in Netherlands… het was die best tijd van mijn leven… ok anyway:

A) yes it is last 14.3
B) yes all is up to date under NGINX at kinsta hosting.

tried the conflict issue on staging site. it does not change anything. it stops the same way at middle of progress bar. 0 from 124 analyzed at first, then arrived at 58.. blocks the same way. impossible to go further.
