By adding input we hope to possibly increase the urgency, if any, of solving the issue. Devs seem to be more inclined to work a multi user problem as opposed to single, and if you don’t have anything different going on other than what’s in the OPs post, same here is sufficient IMO. I hope it is solved soon, this plugin looked promising, just adding my 2￠ in case it helps you help another person.

How would I get ftp running? Is that through my site host?

I loaded the file with a WordPress plugin and I cannot recall what it was because I can no longer access my cpanel. My site and /wp-admin come up blank. Is ftp a domain-host thing or WordPress thing? Sorry if that is monumentally stupid.

When I put it in my child style.css before, it did not work. I took a closer look and realized I had left in some code from when I was trying before. When I took that out and left yours in, it worked!

You might hate me but where do I put that? I tried in the style.css of my child theme but it didn’t change anything.
