SOLVED.

Just wanted everyone to know I solved it.

I had sent an email to CM and they replied that the permalink structure in my shared hosting site was the way it should be…

The permalink structure of the shared hosting is the correct one so you would probably need to have a script running across the database and replacing any links which contain the old structure

But I could not accept that from a logic point of view nor can I begin to even pretend that I know how to write a script. So I persevered on and I will try to explain it.
After a couple of hours I finally figured out that in the Tooltip general settings where you can set your permalink path structure “building-trades/resources/glossary” as is necessary and as I did, it will only add a hyphenated structure to the end of your permalink like this… “building-trades/resources/building-trades-resources-glossary”. You MUST edit the permalink in the Glossary Term setting to fix it.

So it was actually kinda simple but kinda not because I was confused as to how I could have done it right on the local host site but not the replicated shared host site. Oh well. Lessen the WordPress learning curve just a tad bit more for me now.

My real concern given the email response I recieved from CMTT is that when the day comes that I need to go Pro version I may not receive the technical support? I know the response to my email was from sales staff, but the guy should have told me straight up that I would have to buy Pro to get tech support because he really didnt have the knowledge to give me the simple fix.

And glossary index page permalink structure remains proper on new shared host:

BUT:

Proper glossary item permalink structure on localhost:
https://localhost/wordpress/building-trades-resources/trade-glossary/abs/

IS NOT stacked the same as glossary item permalink structure on shared host:
https://nationaltradesman.com/glossary/abs/

It should be: https://nationaltradesman.com/buildingtrades/resources/glossary/abs/

Sorry for the multiple posts asking about this issue, it is just frustrating because I thought I prepared so well to just replicate and bring my site from localhost to shared host and would just have to copy/paste html. Thanks for your patience with my bit of anxiety… lol

To be completely clear, on the shared hosting site the permalink for the glossary index page IS structured properly as seen here:

I just do not understand why the glossary term/item page is not stacking on to the back of the glossary index page permalink as seen here:
https://nationaltradesman.com/glossary/abs/

??
