Hi people. I had the same problems with upgrading. Tried everything and nothing worked, was pulling my fast receding hair out, until I tried deleting the old versions – logging into the members area again and downloading and installing.

Hope that works for you.

It’s a zipped pre-made niche website I bought. I tried following the video tutorial it provides but with no luck.

I’m a newbie to WordPress. I installed the Genesis theme and just copied and pasted some text from a random website (I liked the font they were using for their text)

This then looked completely different when I published.
If I need to change Genesis styles how do I do that please?
