I too am having this same problem for a similar plugin for SugarCRM. Have you guys found a fix yet??

My company just had this same issue yesterday. After finding and deleting the script for MailChimp, our issue went away and allowed credit card input again. You can usually fint this particular script tag within the head.php of the theme you’re using. The MailChimp script was causing a Cookie error (visible in the console), and preventing the Stripe CC inputs to load correctly. Let me know if I can be of more help!

If anyone in the future is having this problem: check the script tag for MailChimp. We had this same issue on two different sites with two different themes. Removing and/or moving the MailChimp script tag fix the issue of not being able to fill in the credit card boxes on checkout.
