I am having same issues. I added shortcose above and slug tags and it displays the same question over and over

Suffice, thanks for posting your solution, not everyone does.

OK I wanted to not display in the widget and after reading the readme.txt file I saw that the widget was an addition, hoping that things were commented out well and they were (Thank you). So I removed the line for add_filter(‘widget_text’, array(&$this, ‘Attachment_File_Parse’));
No it doesnt show any longer.
