Thank you so much for getting back to me! We figured out the problem earlier today – it was a permissions issue with the PHPMailer.php file.

Thanks again for getting back to me.

They have said that there is nothing indicating why it would be doing this, and also said I could look at PHP errors/logs. But I don’t understand any of that, so I don’t think I am going to be able to fix anything. Will try the uninstall, if that doesn’t work, will need to find a different plugin. As I said, nothing has changed since it worked last, so I’m not sure what else to do.

No, I don’t have anything installed that would block these requests. Just looking now, and even the settings page on Burst won’t load. Would uninstalling and reinstalling make any difference? Nothing has changed on the site significantly between when it last worked and now.

Does this help? I did purge the debug log. Its messed with the site a bit and I had to restore a backup – not sure what’s going on. The site has been stable.

Thank you so much for your response.

The form is working now, but the Google script is not. The Google Tag Manager ID is implemented through your plugin, but its not firing correctly, so its not tracking what it is supposed to.

I have no idea why its not working as expected.

If I insert the code manually into the header.php file (without using your plugin), then the forms don’t work.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
