I use mailersend for wordpress SMTP and sender to manage my client portfolio.

The emails are sent by mailersend, but the conflict seems to be generated by sender. Could be?

No, the sender account works fine, in fact it sends the rest of the automatic emails without any problem. The only ones it does not execute are the emails that it should send to my client and me when creating a new order.

When an order is placed, if the customer pays it, it is in process and if they select to pay later, it is on hold. The same thing happens in both modes, it does not send the new requested emails to the client.

We have SMTP configured with mailersend

We have been using the plugin for years, it is not a new installation.

The site is https://greenbaby.es/

Versión 2.6.4 But it happened with the previous version as well.
